Terms of Service

BillHour is a mobile time tracking and invoicing application for consulting firms. The App allows consultants to log hours and managers to generate professional invoices.

You must create an account to use BillHour. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. One organization account per entity.

BillHour offers a Free tier and a Pro tier.

Free tier includes: time tracking, invoice preparation (including AI description cleanup and PDF preview), up to 10 employees, up to 3 projects, and 2 weeks of history.

Pro tier ($99.99/month) includes: sending/emailing/saving invoice PDFs, firm analytics dashboard, invoice history, full history, unlimited employees, and unlimited projects.

Tier limits are subject to change. Current limits are displayed in the app.

BillHour Pro is available as a monthly auto-renewing subscription at $99.99/month through Apple's App Store.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of the free trial period if applicable.

Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan.

You can manage and cancel your subscription in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

A 7-day free trial is available for new subscribers. If you cancel during the trial period, you will not be charged.

No refunds will be issued for partial months of service. Refund requests for full months are handled through Apple's standard refund process.

BillHour uses artificial intelligence to rewrite timesheet descriptions. By using the “Format All with AI” feature, you acknowledge that your timesheet descriptions will be processed by a third-party AI service. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated descriptions before sending invoices to your clients. BillHour does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated descriptions.

You retain ownership of all data you input into BillHour, including time entries, project information, and invoice records.

You can export your data to CSV format at any time from within the app.

We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.

You agree not to:

• Use BillHour for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data.
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the App.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use BillHour to generate fraudulent invoices.

BillHour is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Omugen Engineering LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Omugen Engineering LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of BillHour, including any invoices you generate and send to your clients.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@billhour.ai. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days. You may export your data before requesting deletion.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of BillHour after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notification.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
